Russian and regional parameters of activity of general practitioners (Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia)
Annotation. The total number of general practitioner's visits within the studied period has increased in Russia and other federal regions, and in some states — significantly. There is noticed a trend of decrease in the number of preventative visits at home, relative share of visits among country side residents. There is a considerable increase in coefficient of double job holding against a general trend for decrease of practitioner's staffing. There is demonstrated a high demand in general practitioners, in their ability to provide first medical aid and high accessibility of their services to the public. Therefore, development of the institute of general practice should be considered as a perspective path for managing medical-sanitary aid.

Analysis of child morbidity in Russian in the period of 2009–2013 years (Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia)
Annotation. The article presents results of analysis on child morbidity in Russia within a period from 2009 to 2013 years, including data on one-year old toddlers, screening checks data on baby borns, helping to reveal genetic associated and in heritable diseases. There have been also submitted results of preventative checks of children, visiting nursery education organizations along with the accumulated data on allocating these kids in accordance to health groups. There have been analyzed the indexes of aural disorders, vision is orders, prevalence rate of postural disorders and curvature of spin within dynamics of child's growth and development. There have been revealed negative trends of child's health at all ages, weaknesses of medical service and preventative measures in child's educational organizations; there have been articulated suggestions on enhancing preventative work with children and the system for tracking their health state.

Problems with providing specialized (rehabilitation) aid in medical organizations (Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia)
Annotation. The article is dedicated to the questions of potential and normative supply of medical-social rehabilitation in Russian Federation. It is demonstrated that, there is a tendency remained on decreasing the number of medical staff employees with higher and secondary education with rehabilitation majors as well as there is shown how accessibility of medical aid through Mandatory Health Insurance system is being limited. The main aspects of solving the problem include: profiling of hospital beds, managing the work of specialists according to a team work frame, their preparation for new basis modules.

National blood transfusion reporting features (National Pirogov Medical and Surgical Center, Moscow, Russia)
Existing indicators of statistical reporting on blood transfusions in the Russian hospital are invalid and suggest keeping mixed blood and blood components and are not subject to unequivocal interpretation. Scholastic use of the existing statistical indicators makes them practically unusable, and the impossibility of any analysis of transfusion therapy in Russian clinics.

Annotation. In recent time, there has been actively discussed the efficiency of various payment methods for medical care within the system of mandatory medical insurance, however, more attention is dedicated to implementation of fund holding elements. This method along with its beneficial sides, represents a lot of risks, which complicates it's widespread usage. However, there are situations, when fund holding might neutralize the problems, which a rise while managing work in hospital organizations.

The health statement of students in medical and pharmaceuticals colleges in Russia (Samara State Medical University, Samara, Russia; Sxizranskiy Medical college, Sxizran, Russia; Kuznetskiy Medical College, Kuznetsk, Russia; Department of medical education and personnel policies in health care of Ministry of Health care of Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia)
The study of the health of students of medical colleges run by the complex medical and demographic and socio-sanitary program, which included an assessment of the influence on it together regional demographic, environmental, social and economic prerequisites for registered biomedical characteristics of the organism. The study was developed and tested a complex methodology that takes into account medical and demographic and socio-hygienic characteristics as bases for the study of health, structure and disease, and to identify the health status depending on the conditions and the way of life of students of medical colleges. The results of the study, which involved more than 180 000 students from 347 medical colleges and technical schools of the Russian Federation. Representativeness of the sample was provided with a statistical error of 5%. Minimum sample size for the study of the views of college students estimated adjusted for finite population is 120 thousand observations.

Number of problems in enhancing the system of labor remuneration in health care (Federal Research Institute for Health Organization and Informatics of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia)
Annotation. The Russian Ministry of Health Care conducts work on enhancing the systems of labor remuneration for employees of federal health care organizations, attracting regional authorities to this activity as well. The main focus is made on re-consideration of incentive pay outs list in the frame of introducing an efficient contract. Another important objective is to amend the relative share of wages in the total amount of labor remuneration — at current stage, the wages share is groundlessly low, what causes a number of problems. There are other reforms that need to be implemented in the system of labor remuneration.
