  • 2020 № 7 Issues of regulation of handling of medical products in the mar kets

    The work outlines some of the provisions of the Project of the Commission of the Eurasian Economic Union: “On Amending the Rules for Registration and Examination of the Safety, Quality and Efficiency of Medical Devices”, provides an analysis of the prospects of the Project, its impact on the efficiency of circulation of medical devices in the territories of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions are drawn on the applicability and significance of the considered provisions of the Project. The aim of the work is to analyze the main provisions of the Project of the Commission of the Eurasian Economic Union: “On Amending the Rules for Registration and Examination of the Safety, Quality and Efficiency of Medical Devices” and the possibilities of their practical application. The following methods were used in the work, namely, general scientific: analysis and synthesis, systemic, profile-economic: marketing, controlling methods. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the generalization, analysis of the materials considered and in the formation of proposals for certain areas of the Project and conclusions on the development of integration in the medical industry of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, according to the results of the analysis.

    Annotation. The integrated policy of dealing with the harm caused due to tobacco use is administrative penalty for the violating the restrictions. The article provides analysis of the regulatory and enforcement issues of administrative sanctions for violation of the «anti-smoking legislation» (Art. 6.24 and 6.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).

  • 2013 № 12 The directions to improve the admission office staffing in the medical institutions of the Moscow region (Moscow Regional Clinical and Research Institute (MONIKI) M.F. Vladimirsky, Moscow, Russia)

    Improvement of the admission office staffing in the Moscow Regional medical institutions like in the whole Russian Federation should be based on the principle of 1 physician per 215 patient beds used for planned hospitalization and 260 beds for urgent cases but no less than 1 daily post per medical department. Medical aid should correspond to these principles which should be differentiated according to the patient stream to admission offices working in planned, urgent regimes or with outpatients without further hospitalization.

  • 2017 № 10 The main trends of analysis of the causes of patients’ discontent with the medical aid based on the patients’ complaints and independent assessment of the medical care quality in medical institutions

    The article presents the main approaches to the analysis of the causes of the patients’ dissatisfaction with the medical aid based on the people complaints and independent assessment of the medical care quality in medical institutions found in internet sites of different levels. Sometimes the assessment results are indicative of the rather good and even very good patients’ satisfaction with medical care but the number of patients’ complaints against the dissatisfactory medical aid in some medical institutions remains very high. The main causes of patients’ discontent with medical care are analyzed and concrete recommendations for better medical aid organization are presented
