Regional experience of the organization of work of the Centers of health on the example of the Smolensk region (Department of health care, Smolensk, Russia)
Annotation. This review presents regional experience of improving preventive measures in the Smolensk region on the example of the organization of the health center. The results of analysis of sectoral statistical monitoring indicators of different categories of patients visiting health centers Smolensk region for the period 2010–2014. (2014 results are presented for the first 9 months). The dynamics of the number of persons trained in healthy lifestyles in-depth individual prevention counseling and thematic School of Health, the number of patients who visited the Health Centre in the Smolensk region in 2010–2014, represented the organization of exit work Regional Health Center. The role of health centers in improving the system of medical prevention in primary care Smolensk region.

Organizational and technical aspects of the technologies of the maintenance and repair of medical equipment (Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education Orenburg State Institute of Management, Orenburg, Russia; LLC «ELINS», Moscow, Russia)
The System of Maintenance and Repair is a system realizing the repair technologies as the complex of methods and ways of restoration of the operating capacity (operability) of medical equipment, as well as the determination of the state of equipment and its parts, making decision to repair it, localization of the malfunction before replacement; spare parts, tools and accessories; replacement of defective unit and control of operability. The article describes the organizational and technical aspects of the construction and technologies of work of the System of Maintenance and Repair (SMaR) of medical equipment. The high significance of the readiness of medical equipment and its influence on the efficiency of medical technologies and quality of medical care has been proved.

Independent assessment of services provided by medical organizations (Federal Research Institute for Health Care Organization and Information of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia)
In the framework of the events, related to introduction of the efficient contract, there is planned an independent assessment of provided state (municipal) services. In relation to this, there were adopted a lot of normative legal acts. With big potential opportunities, such system, however, is associated with a number of risks, which is important to factor in order to avoid the decrease of subjectiveness, real dependency and efficiency of introducing the independent quality assessment.
