HISTORY OF THE JOURNAL

The first magazine was released in January 2004.

The readership of the magazine is constantly growing. The journal has a reputation as a navigator in the field of health care reform. The legal system "Garant" has acquired a license to publish full-text versions of articles in the journal. The editorial board of the journal has a “hot line”, which broadcasts questions from the regions to the first persons of the Ministry.

The magazine has a high level of informational trust, and an active readership. At the end of 2012, the journal received one of the highest impact factors of the Russian Citation Index (RISC) among Russian journals covering the organization of health care.
